You are a good candidate if:
- You have Power Platform and Azure AI certifications
- You have experience with Azure, Azure App Services, and Azure Cognitive Services
- You have development skills (5+ years in IT) and experience (2 years minimum) in bots / AI solutions with one of the following platforms: Microsoft Bot Framework and Power Virtual Agents (MS Power Platform), Cognitive Services, or experience with Oracle Digital Assistant / Teneo Conversational AI Platform / Google Dialogflow
- You have experience with .NET C#
- You have experience with REST (and similar) API integrations, manipulation, and usage of data
- You have experience and/or some understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and how to utilize it
- You have experience working with Git and Azure DevOps
- You have awareness of test management and deployments of chatbot / conversational AI solutions, so these can be automated (CI/CD pipelines)
- You have experience with connecting / integrating with backend systems from chatbot development perspective
- You have excellent communication skills (both verbal and in writing): ability to communicate well with technical and non-technical people
- You are analytically and quantitatively strong, highly structured
- You are a team player and are able to work effectively at all levels of the product teams with the ability to influence others to move towards consensus
- You are able to identify and understand multiple stakeholder perspectives and “truths” and bring open mind to understanding and building on the views of others

Currently we are looking for a highly skilled Lead Chatbot Developer / Architect as we are supporting our partner in developing Business Intelligence team within Global Process Management unit. The team is developing new global generative AI chatbot solutions that will help Operating Companies (OpCos) to run their daily operations smoothly.
Over the past years, the Global Functions – Supply Chain, Commerce, Finance, Procurement and IT – have worked together to create a common set of core processes, embedded in a standard ERP system. These were delivered to OpCos (Operating Companies) in Africa, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Carribean under one programme. The Global Process Management organisation now supports these OpCos in Business-as-Usual mode to help them continuously adhere to these process standards and improve on their performance.
