LEAD ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS ANALYST (Remote) At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. ​ Job Overview TE Connectivity’s ERP Systems Teams analyze, design, evaluate, modify, test, and implement enterprise comprehensive systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Baan, PeopleSoft) across functional areas. They perform analysis of systems specifications and use the latest analytical/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes. TE’s ERP Systems Teams also develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation, recommend development, maintenance, and system standards changes, coordinate system upgrade activity, and train user personnel in the conversion and implementation of the system. This individual will be responsible for providing technology solutions to the business requirements in the SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) space by analyzing, developing/configuring, and supporting applications using the TEIS methodologies to support the organization’s strategic and tactical initiatives. A strong candidate will have a solid S/4 HANA MDG suite background, including experience integrating other applications and tools. Role: MDG Lead Analyst (Master Data Governance) Location: Remote Responsibilities: Understand and document MDG requirements to determine the business’s needs regarding master data governance concerns, new requirements, and user requests and suggest optimal solutions. Liaise between business users responsible for MDG, technology, and support teams to define, design, implement, and improve business solutions. Translate business requirements into technical requirements where the requirements cannot be met with the standard solution and collaborate with development teams to implement custom solutions within existing applications/architectures. Prepare program specifications and flows/diagrams and develop logic. Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. Adherence to TE Connectivity best practices and development/project management methodologies. Understand and comply with the Systems Development Life Cycle methodology. Identify offerings for new requirements and improvements and assist with developing these capabilities and enhancing experiences. Test, document, and conduct end-user training regarding system functionality and enhancements to ensure the system is used correctly and meets business needs. What your background should look like: What your background should look like: A minimum of 5 years of experience rolling out, configuring, and supporting SAP MDG applications in an IT capacity. Possess strong experience implementing data governance workflows, BRF+, FIORI app design, MDG process modeling, UI modeling, and DRF. Experience in Data Quality, mass processing, and consolidation is preferred. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA MDG 9.0 or higher, Data Services systems, and SAP SD/MM/FI processes is preferred. Strong SAP ABAP technical experience is preferred, and experience with technologies including Oracle, SQL, XML, Integration concepts, and an object-oriented language such as Java or .NET Framework is desired. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication. Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to established project timeframes. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Project Management experience is preferred but not required. Education – A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience is preferred. COMPENSATION

  • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $114,880 – $172,320 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
  • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
  • Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
