The following will make you succeed in this role
- ️ have at least 2+ years of experience as Technical Lead
- ️ In-depth knowledge of front and backend flavours of JavaScript ( Node and Vue ) and major software development concepts (CI/CD pipelines, end-to-end development project life cycle, architecture patterns, and standards)
- ️ Hands-on and up-to-date programming skills – able to execute code reviews for senior developers and tackle the most difficult programming challenges efficiently and with the highest quality
- ️ Good customer presence – you know how to find your place in the sales process, present a tech solution to senior management in an understandable fashion etc. At least B2 English and comfort using it daily is required to be successful in the role.
- ️Experience designing modern, Cloud-based systems including Serverless, Kubernetes etc. (preferably in the eCommerce domain)
