The Job: As Lead System Analyst, you’ll be part of our IT Manufacturing team, working as a virtual employee. You’ll get to: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenge. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done Works with Architects, Developers and various teams to translate business requirements into functional / technical specs Conducts business process analyses, system assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align IT solutions with business initiatives. Validates business and technical requirements are met during the project delivery process. Help troubleshoot and resolve technology problems in manufacturing facilities in timely manner. Creates, reviews, and delivers end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training. Oversees System Integration ( SIT) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met for projects & enhancements. Stay up-to-date on the latest manufacturing information technology trends and technologies. Work with software providers, IT managed service providers and business to architect, design deliver and maintain manufacturing IT software The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: At least 10 yrs. of experience with strong knowledge of IT Manufacturing processes & Shopfloor applications Experience with system configuration using HighJump’s Advantage Architect and WebWise Page Editor Experience in writing, reading, and troubleshooting Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, stored procedures, views, and functions. Experience with.NET and HTML5 Experience with Infor Exposure to networking tools, Windows operating systems, and database management system Knowledge in MES systems. Knowledge of API testing tools(Postman, SOPAPUI, Swagger)-Preferred Knowledge in Computer Networking, Firewalls, Security Architecture, ISA95 are a plus Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
