- Manage and maintain Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems running a variety of software packages, such as MySQL, PostgresDB, NGINX, Apache, Elastic, Vault, and more.
- Manage, improve, and integrate SaltStack automation processes into all Linux systems and builds.
- Administer Linux system vulnerability management processes, including reporting and risk management.

- Perform root cause analysis of system operation, build, and deployment issues.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:
- RHCE, Linux, or Kubernetes certification.
- Direct experience with Salt versions newer than 3000.
- Experience with JIRA project management software
- Experience with Amazon AWS, Azure Cloud, and cloud computing concepts
- Experience with Windows Server system administration and automation, including the use of PowerShell, WinRM, Active Directory, AD DNS/DHCP, and other services.
- Previous work within a cybersecurity-aware team or organization.
- Familiarity with the NIST CSF framework.
- Experience with or related to compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, NIST CIS/CSF, HIPAA, HITRUST, ISO 27001.
- Experience with Elastic or other SIEMs.
