We help convenience store and micro-market businesses fight theft that’s affecting their profits.
Through a combination of AI software and expert video investigators, we review CCTV footage to identify and flag potential theft incidents so operators and business owners can report and prevent it from happening again.
Even with our amazing software, it takes a large team of expert video reviewers and investigators to be sure we only flag genuine theft incidents.
We’re headquartered in the US with a team of around 40 people. Our video investigators and team leads are in the Philippines and we’re expanding our global team footprint as we seek someone from Eastern Europe or South Africa to join us in this crucial role. We’ve got over 200 video investigators who all work remotely, reporting to 8 team leads.

Or a business process outsourcing center, only in our case, the process is video investigators reviewing CCTV footage.
With an operation of this size, we need someone to come in and lead and optimise the team, the processes, and everything that surrounds this area of our business.

With experience managing large, complex operations you’ll be excited at the chance to really take ownership and deliver great results for us.

As a Loss Prevention Director , the purpose is to oversee and enhance the effectiveness of the company’s loss prevention strategies to safeguard their assets and promote financial stability.
Key responsibilities:
🧾 Develop and establish KPIs that are in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
📦 Take ownership of the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring that financial targets are met or surpassed.
📑 Provide strategic insights and regular updates on the performance of the department to senior management.
💼 Lead and motivate a team of departmental leaders, cultivating a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
📊 Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive significant cost savings and operational efficiency gains.
Working Hours ⏰: You’ll need to have a couple of hours overlapping with US EST and PST.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ Extensive experience in leading large teams, demonstrating effective team management skills.
✅ Proficiency in data analytics, utilising insights for strategic decision-making.
✅ A proven history of enhancing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions.
✅ Strong financial skills, capable of managing and optimising departmental budgets and resources.

✅ Outstanding leadership and team development abilities, fostering an environment conducive to growth and excellence.
✅ Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, adept at engaging stakeholders and employing consultative approaches.
✅ A highly data-driven approach to people management.
Brownie Points for:
✅ Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly in scaling a company from $5 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to $20 million ARR.
✅ Background in consultancy, preferably with involvement in top firms such as Bain & Company or McKinsey & Company.
