What you will do:
- Design, develop and implement both cutting-edge and well-established machine learning methods for content analysis, data retrieval, content classification, and others with a focus on NLP and LLM-related applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into products and platforms.
- Work with world-class researchers and scientists to develop new machine learning methods and approaches.
- Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to preprocess, clean, and structure large datasets for model training and evaluation, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
- Interact directly with a client – a multinational e-commerce company (eBay) to report progress and plan new tasks.
Experience and skills you need to join us:
- Team-work attitude with great communication skills.
- Software development and coding skills: Python, clean code, code reviews, algorithms and data structures.
- Experience with deep learning/machine learning libraries: scikit-learn, keras, pytorch, tensorflow, etc.
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model architecture, training techniques, and building performant inference pipelines.
- Experience with text processing and adapting Natural Language Processing-based algorithms to the problem at hand.
- Familiarity with externally hosted tools and frameworks (OpenAI and similar).
- Fluency in English (you will attend meetings with English speaking clients).
It would be great if you also have:
- Hands-on experience with LLM training and finetuning, data processing, and advanced prompting techniques.
- Understanding of the latest research and tricks surrounding LLMs.
