About The Role The Manager, Technical Marketing for Cloud Security (CNAPP) brings technical expertise and hands-on product knowledge to the Technical Marketing team. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Technical Marketing and you will own aspects of technical marketing for cloud security. As a Manager of TMM, you will be the subject matter expert on Cloud Security, and will produce compelling product demonstrations, technical videos, hands-on workshops, whitepapers, and more to illustrate how we at CrowdStrike address customer challenges and stop breaches. You will often be working in conjunction with various teams including Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering and Sales to ensure that GTM content is technically accurate and delivers contextually relevant messaging that resonates with targeted technical audiences. You will develop how-to guides to help practitioner-level customer audiences reach buying decisions and highlight the value in the CrowdStrike portfolio. You will play a key role in providing detailed technical information to our partners, customers, and our internal employees. You will work with innovative technology, redefining the future of cybersecurity in a high pace environment. This role will manage a small team of Cloud Security technical marketers, making prior team management experience highly desirable. What You’ll Do Demonstrate the product capabilities of CrowdStrike cloud security in line with the associated GTM motion, use cases and product line Create compelling hands-on workshops, demos, videos, technical and sales decks, technical FAQs and related content in support of product launches, campaigns, announcements, live events, etc. Represent CrowdStrike Cloud Security at user conferences and tradeshows Directly support Analyst Relations by providing demo support and explaining technical product features/capabilities Understand the problems and challenges faced by our customers and create technical content to address real world business problems and persona-based customer use cases Deliver targeted enablement sessions for Marketing, Sales/SEs, and customers to drive home the value of CrowdStrike Cloud Security What You’ll Need Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience. 8-11 years of cybersecurity product experience strongly preferred, either as a Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Solution Architect Strong technical background with hands-on experience with several CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, Application Security, CIEM, KSPM solutions Hands-on experience with CI/CD and IaC software tools – Terraform, CloudFormation Hands-on experience deploying Applications using Docker, Kubernetes Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently while also managing expectations of stakeholders and Senior Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in technology demonstration techniques (i.e. live demo, presentations, screencasts, webinars, etc.) Experience leading a small team of technical marketers.
