We are looking for a marketing coordinator for our pharmaceutical partner company.
Your responsibilities
- Initiate and lead all the projects supporting execution of the BU strategy.
- Support of implementation of the local marketing strategy for assigned products
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Conducting, following and analyzing consumer rating reports/ questionnaires, measuring efficacy and success of business activities
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Assist in the organization of promotional events, meetings, trainings and campaigns and attend them if needed to facilitate their success
- Participation in developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials
- Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Communicate directly with clients if it is needed for the professional project management
- General market understanding, key market drivers.
- Respect company goals in line with marketing plans and customer profiling in order to manage effective communications
What you need to succeed
- High School diploma of Marketing, Business or relevant field is an advantage
- Proficient level of English (written & spoken) is a must
- 1-3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience is an advantage
- Strong analytical capabilities, well organized and resourceful
- Creative skills including writing, design and video editing is an advantage
- Good teamworking skills, ability to think cross-functionally
- Advanced IT skills, experience with digital marketing platforms
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases is an advantage
