As a Marketing Coordinator at O’Rourke Hospitality, your role is to provide essential support to our team, focusing on digital marketing tasks and projects, particularly those related to billable client work.
Key responsibilities:
🧾 Conduct and implement on-site SEO audits for client websites.
📦 Create social media content calendars and schedule posts on various platforms.
📑 Manage website content using the WordPress CMS.
💼 Set up projects in O’Rourke’s project management software, assign tasks, and provide initial input.
📊 Assist the project management and digital marketing teams with various tasks and projects.
🗓️ Perform special projects as assigned by agency leadership.
Working Hours ⏰: Full-time.
To excel in this role, you need to have:
✅ At least 1 year in a similar role (no experience is okay, this is an entry-level position).
✅ Expertise in on-site SEO audits.
✅ Experience in managing social media content.
✅ Proficiency in managing content through WordPress CMS.
✅ Knowledge of creating SEO content.
