- 3+ years of experience as a full-time UX/UI designer.
- In-depth understanding of design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear and consistent user experience.
- Understanding of component design best practices and there implementation in markup.
- Solid understanding of basic color theory principles.
- Solid understanding of core WCAG guidelines and their application for common UI elements.
- English at Upper-Intermediate level (B2).
- Proficient in Figma: working with design system library and prototyping.
- Creative thinking.
- Attention to details.
- The desire for self-development.
- Independence, responsibility and initiative.
- Ability to work in a team, clear and concise formulation of one’s ideas, ability to convey one’s point of view.
- Experience in UX Research is preferred (identifying target audience, interviewing users, documenting).
- Experience in creating animations (e.g. After Effects, etc).
- Proficient in Adobe package (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
- Knowledge of Ukrainian.
