Collaborate closely with the team to design and implement meta-game systems

Create design documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and guidelines, to effectively communicate complex meta-game concepts to the broader team
What kind of professional are we looking for?
Skills and requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience as a Game Designer with a primary focus on designing meta-game systems

Deep understanding of engagement strategies, retention mechanics, and monetization techniques;

Experience in creation and support of technical documentation;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make design decisions informed by data;

Ability to clearly state your thoughts in writing when creating technical documentation;

Good gaming experience and clear understanding of MMO projects’ mechanics
