N-iX is looking for a QA engineer in Poland to join our team.
About the project:
Our clients develop a platform that provides global e-commerce and subscription billing solutions that help companies build long-term customer relationships and grow revenue streams. With its flexible subscription platform, it integrates seamlessly with client systems, simplifies e-commerce business models, and delivers an optimized online customer experience.
Project technical stack:
Elixir, Jenkins, Gitlab, AWS
Requirements:
- 3+ years of overall QA experience
- 1+ years of experience with API testing
- 1+ years experience with API automation testing (UI automation is a big plus)
- Knowledge of C# is a big plus
- Solid knowledge of different testing levels, techniques, and types
- Experience with QA tools and tracking systems like Jira, Xray plugin or similar, Postman, Swagger etc.
- Experience with Git, understanding basic git workflows such as a classic Git flow
- Experience with Microservices, Cloud-based Services (AWS)
- Experience with REST APIs – bonus GraphQL
- Understanding of Agile development (Scrum/Kanban), TDD/BDD, CI/CD
- English: upper-Intermediate or above
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional testing of the application
- Design/maintain and execute test cases/checklists
- Actively collaborating with developers and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, especially in terms of testability, consistency, and completeness
- Provide impact analysis to measure and control test coverage across all applicable coverage dimensions
- Participate proactively in backlog refinement, sprint planning, team retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Contribute to API and UI auction coverage, support AQA Engineer when needed
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide test reports
