Job Summary:

The Native Marketing Advertising Media Buyer is responsible for managing native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Gemini, and others. They optimize targeting, messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to achieve and exceed the client’s Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) goals. Understanding the client’s needs and metrics, they communicate actionable insights to stakeholders and analyze performance data to provide practical solutions. The media buyer executes media test plans with analytics to evaluate the impact of campaigns on business objectives. They actively seek learning opportunities to enhance their knowledge base and strive to become a thought leader in the native advertising space.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage native platforms such as Outbrain, Taboola, Gemini, etc.
  • Execute optimization of targeting messaging, spending, and bids across campaigns to meet and exceed the client’s ROAS goals.
  • Understand client’s needs and metrics and communicate actionable insights to all stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance data for each ad campaign and provide practical solutions.
  • Execute media test plans with analytics to assess the impact of the campaigns on driving business objectives.
  • Seek out additional learning opportunities to build upon your knowledge base.
  • Become a thought leader in the native advertising space.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the influencer marketing space. Lead Generation account experience is a huge plus!
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and communication).
  • Prior track record of successfully managing and optimizing direct response campaigns to exceed goals of $30K of Ad spending and above.
  • Fundamental knowledge of ad targeting methodologies and iterative test-and-learn optimization practices.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, pivot tables, and relevant reporting tools
  • Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies, and building marketing strategies.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with influencers, and high-profile networking.
  • In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing and digital marketing industry.
  • Great time management skills, and project management skills.
  • Team player, high Emotional Intelligence, and Critical thinking.
  • Experience within US, Canada, UK, and Australia markets and influencers.
  • Able to within EU and US timezones.
