May involve WAN, LAN, wireless, firewall, load balancer and other network related equipment and services. Responsible for scheduling, coordination and completion of projects by the team. Role Responsibilities: Troubleshoots complex network and server issues Communicates with internal and external customers, vendors and IT personnel to complete projects Maintains, supports, and administers servers, local/wide area network (LAN/WAN); implementation of network hardware solutions Identifies and resolves connectivity problems between systems and works with vendors in troubleshooting and supporting systems Performs the installation, configuration, management, upgrade and modification of network switches, routers, firewalls, and other related infrastructure technologies Supports the installation, configuration, management, upgrade and modification of servers including virtual servers and Windows operating systems.
