Job Description Responsibilities To lead and support the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills. Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements. Conduct detailed analysis and implement the solution. Define functional specifications and document business process flows. Configure Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills to meet the organization’s specific needs. Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution Identify data migration activities, if any Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes. Impart training to users. Qualifications A bachelor’s or Master s degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline. Overall 13+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM including 5 – 6 years of Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management implementation project experience. Must have functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Oracle Cloud HCM Dynamic Skills and should have hands-on experience in implementing these modules.
