Develop data standards, policies, procedures. Design and implement data models and warehouses. Support enterprise-wide tech transformations. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders. Key Duties: Shape data strategy and priorities. Ensure data integrity and governance. Stay current with data technologies. Train and support staff on data management. Skills & Technologies: Expertise in Oracle and MS SQL architecture. Strong data modeling, normalization, OLAP/OLTP. Experience with data warehousing, modeling, lakes, pipelines. Knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, predictive analytics. Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
