Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategy and optimization efforts.
- Create compelling ad copy, headlines, and visuals to maximize engagement and drive desired actions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in paid advertising platforms and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and design, to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Paid Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong track record of creating and optimizing successful paid advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and reports.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is preferred.
