We’re all about providing top-notch eye care to our community. Led by our awesome optometrist, Matt Vizitham, we’ve got two branches in North Carolina, focused on delivering outstanding eye health services.
Right now, we’re on the lookout for a team player to help out with some admin stuff – scheduling appointments, answering phones, and keeping patient records in check. We need someone who’s detail-oriented, friendly on the phone, and genuinely cares about helping others.

As the Patient Support & Admin Assistant you will ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.
We emphasise the importance of not only providing exceptional service but also maintaining a balance between empathy and productivity! While empathy and compassionate communication are crucial in ensuring our patients feel heard and cared for, we also need to uphold efficiency and task completion to ensure smooth operations.

In this role, you will:
📋 Verify patient insurance benefits
📅 Schedule appointments for 5 doctors
🛒 Order supplies for the office 🛒
📊 Pull data from software systems
📈 Build spreadsheets to analyse data
📞 Communicate with patients via text, email, and phone
⏰ Working hours: This is a full-time role, and you must be able to work until 2 PM Eastern Time.
