People Lead Product Line (m/f/d) What you bring to the table:
- Several years of leadership experience in an agile environment (preferably with a focus on disciplinary leadership)
- Leadership skills and servant leadership orientation
- High social competence and empathy, growth mindset, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Openness, enthusiasm and motivation for your role
- Good knowledge and practical experience with agile approaches and methods and familiar with the requirements for leading agile, self-organized teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset, ideally knowledge of supporting change processes, agile transformation and organizational development
- An independent, quality- and results-oriented working style, solution-oriented action and a strong sense of momentum

Support and development of employees:
- You establish and lead a trusting feedback, discussion and learning culture

- You empower your employees to take responsibility and make decisions

Administrative support for employees:
- Topics such as determining personnel requirements, recruiting, onboarding and offboarding processes, in coordination with the Head of Product Line, are part of your area of responsibility
- As a sparring partner for HR, you are involved in employment contract issues relating to your employees and always keep an eye on their salaries, working hours and absences, etc.
- You maintain an active exchange with other managers, the Head of Product Line and HR to promote team development, the further development of the product line and the corporate strategy
