We love creating clever things, and our PPC team does a lot of them: prepare media strategies, manage and evaluate PPC campaigns, analyze their performance for domestic and international clients such as Play Airlines, Decathlon, Cetelem and Wigo. We are super proud of the things we pull together, and have a lot of fun while doing it, and we would love to share that with somebody new: because of great new projects, we’re looking for somebody to lead one of our PPC teams. If you are a pro in PPC and large-scale global campaigns ring a bell for you, then please keep on reading!
Requirements
Your tasks will be
- Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 people.
- Resource management – achieving reasonable balance. That means that there’s no problem with watching videos featuring cute cats, as long as the others aren’t massively overloaded.
- Strategic leading and high level collaboration with your clients to keep them happy.
- Creating PPC strategies and managing PPC campaigns.
- Helping the Head of Automated Media in developing a professional and innovative PPC hub in the Performance business unit.
- Testing and improving beta advertising features and functions before they go live (we’re Google marketing platform partners, and we’re super proud of that).
- Working together with cross-platform teams, with direct insight on everything from SEO to Programmatic.
Who are we looking for?
- An enthusiastic person with min. 4 years of experience in PPC.
- Experience with large ecommerce and / or B2B clients.
- A consultant’s skill set is a must: you are proactive, have the strategic perspective and understand clients’ needs via empathy, telepathy, or whatever you use as long as it works.
- Fluent Hungarian and English knowledge as you negotiate and deliver presentations in both Hungarian and English like a pro (most probably because you are in fact a pro).
- You are humble and open to learn new things, even if they are outside of your professional comfort zone.
You can score bonus points with
- Having proficiency with people management.
- Having experience with international clients.
- And if you have seen an agency from the inside, or at least from up close before.
Benefits
Plenty of challenges. And endless resources to meet them.
- All four of our business units work on impactful projects throughout the world. Your efforts can and will make a difference in people’s lives, whether they’re booking a plane ticket or want to be delighted by a funny commercial on TV.
- World-class work requires world-class working conditions. Like a beautiful office in downtown Budapest, MacBooks (if you prefer so), coffee (if you prefer so), fruit (who doesn’t like that), beer, whatever.
- Hybrid working environment, so you can work from home when you need to, though to keep everything and everyone on track, we do like to meet in person and spend some days at the office.
- Our Level Up system will reward your professional progress with extra days off every year.
A community
- Mito has always been a place where the only thing we take seriously is work, so you’ll be able to have fun and meet great people like yourself.
- From Hackathons to office parties and Easter egg hunting for the kids, we love to spend time together either to get to know each other better or just to…you know. No reason.
- Dogs are super welcome at the office, and have been ever since Mito’s inception.
The freedom to shape your benefits
- Whether you’re into individual or team sports, looking for a new set of running shoes, or a gym pass, you can use your flexible personal budget to cover it. You may also use it to improve any of your talents, whether it’s studying German, JavaScript, or how to fix a gas leak. We’ll chip in to take care of your medical expenses, if needed. Additionally, personal budgets can also cover commuting (fancy bike helmet included).
