Job Summary

  • The Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and ongoing success of our hybrid casual free-to-play titles.

  • You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, artists, and analysts to craft engaging experiences that balance player enjoyment with sustainable monetization.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product roadmap, aligning it with overarching business goals.

  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize feature development based on market research, player feedback, and data analysis to create a compelling and engaging game loop.

  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the hybrid casual F2P market, identifying trends, competitors, and player preferences.

  • Monetization: Design and implement monetization strategies that optimize revenue without compromising the core player experience. Understand the nuances of “soft gates” vs. “hard gates” in casual titles.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize A/B testing and analytics to evaluate feature performance and inform product iterations.

  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of the product vision.

  • Player Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the player, ensuring decisions are grounded in a deep understanding of player needs and desires.

  • Live Operations: Manage ongoing updates, events, promotions, and content releases to drive continued player engagement.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Experience: 2+ years of product management experience in mobile gaming, with a strong focus on free-to-play titles. Experience in the casual or hybrid-casual genre is highly preferred.

  • Passion for Games: Demonstrate a genuine interest in mobile games and keep up with current industry trends, particularly in the casual space.

  • Data Proficiency: Expertise in analyzing metrics (KPIs, retention, engagement, etc.) to make informed product decisions. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.

  • Monetization Expertise: Proven track record of designing effective monetization strategies that drive revenue without disrupting gameplay.

  • Excellent Communication: Can clearly articulate ideas, collaborate with diverse teams, and build consensus.

  • Self-Starter: Proactive, takes initiative, and works effectively in a dynamic environment.
