Our group is committed to providing the technology, knowledge, and tools that will allow our customers to focus on their mission-critical goals and responsibiliti Responsible for teaching and instructing agency customers/end users and staff on the useand operating methods of law enforcement mobile software products and services.
Requires moderate travel up to 25% – 50% to customer site locations.
Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola Solutions’ Callyo software.
Present training using a variety of classroom training methods and webinars.
Complete department-required reports within set standards.
Manage communication with customer contact(s) related to the training schedule.
Coordinate customer (agency) information between trainers.
Provide onboarding and ongoing product training to new employees
Develop content for self-paced customer-facing training.
Operate under the supervision of the Sr Analyst Customer Trainer & the Sr Support Manager
Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Prior experience with Motorola Solutions or public safety software is preferred. The salary range for this role is $55,000 – $65,000
