We are looking for a skilled Project Manager for an innovative project focused on AI-driven process automation.
The Client is a fast-growing AI company in Italy striving to develop reliable, transparent, and explainable AI technologies and models that everyone, in any industry, can use to improve the quality of their work and pick up new skills, freeing themselves from boring and time-consuming tasks.

Responsibilities
- Lead coordination and management across all divisions.
- Serve as a liaison between business and AI development team.
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery within scope and budget.
- Define project success criteria and objectives with stakeholders.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation .
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Measure project performance and report to management.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Conduct customer-facing project status meetings and reports.
- Address project issues and risks.
- Manage project dependencies and documentation.
- Present project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Proactively resolve stakeholder issues.
- Collaborate with the Client’s teams involved in projects.
- Assist in developing and reviewing documentation.
- Gather feedback to enhance product and customer experience.
- Facilitate legal and security reviews.
- Lead, coordinate, and manage through RDLC from concept to deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management.
- Experience in stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing to deliver on the project objectives.
- Knowledge of AI technologies.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated outside-the-box problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinker with problem-solving aptitude.
- Experience in Agile concepts and tools .
- Experience in proactive risk assessment and management in project delivery.
- Experience and ability to engage and work with global stakeholders and team.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory (B2+).
- Valid Polish residence and permission to work in Poland.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Knowledge of Italian.
