About the project, Are you a quality assurance rockstar with a knack for sniffing out bugs? Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your voice is heard? If so, we want YOU!, , We are seeking a motivated and experienced QA Engineer to focus on testing our web applications and SaaS platform. This role requires a strong background in both automated and manual testing, with an emphasis on creating and executing holistic test plans in collaboration with Product Owners and Developers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for quality, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
Your responsibilities, Craft and execute comprehensive test plans for web applications, GraphQL APIs, and serverless microservices deployed on AWS., Employ your expertise in manual and automated testing to identify and report software defects., Partner closely with Product Owners and Developers to understand requirements and translate them into actionable test cases., Champion continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to the testing process and automation tools., Maintain meticulous test documentation and meticulously track test results., Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution., Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools., Ensure thorough regression testing is conducted before each release., Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in QA., Utilize cloud services, with a strong emphasis on AWS, for testing and deployment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field., 3+ years of experience in QA testing for web applications and SaaS platforms., A strong understanding of web application testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box testing)., Strong knowledge of automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, etc.)., Proficiency in manual testing techniques and processes., Experience with testing GraphQL APIs and serverless microservices., Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines., Experience with API testing tools like Postman or curl., The ability to leverage scripting languages like Python or JavaScript for test automation., Good knowledge of cloud services, especially AWS, is required., Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams., A keen eye for detail and an unwavering commitment to quality., Fluency in written and spoken English.
