For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Sourcing for roles within a group of companies;

  • Lead and manage the interview process, coordinating schedules, initial interview execution;

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing regular reports;

  • Post and update job descriptions and job specifications;

  • Create a pipeline of candidates for different roles;

  • Relationships establishment with potential future hires;

  • Build talent networks and maintain updated candidate information.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Gaming industry experience is a must ;

  • Very good people / communication skills;

  • Excitement about the industry and projects;

  • Proficiency with ATS;

  • Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment (all roles within the company);

  • Experience making hires in EU and within EU;

  • Fluent English and Russian level.

Good to have:

  • Experience of candidate search techniques through networking, social media, job boards, Stack Overflow, Github, et c
