For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Arranging full life-cycle recruitment process: from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers and analytics.

  • Creating job profiles and writing vacancy descriptions (with the help of content managers).

  • Managing job sites as well as the company website and keeping them up to date.

  • Development of new approaches in attracting candidates and improving the selection process, monitoring new trends and other useful data to improve the productivity and recruitment process overall.

  • Developing long-term relationships with potential candidates through networking.

  • Collaborate closely with the HR Department to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures.

  • Maintaining corporate documents and databases up to date.

  • Reporting to HRD and hiring managers.

  • Job market analysis and reviews making.

  • Taking part in HR activities if needed.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (from sourcing to hiring).

  • Experience in the building recruitment process from scratch.

  • Basic understanding of technical development, including familiarity with terms such as React, AWS, GitLab, Vue, architectural patterns, etc., to effectively interact with developers.

  • Experience in communication with the hiring managers to define their needs, and improve the recruitment process.

  • Experience in sourcing candidates according to vacancies’ requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social networks, Github, and other resources.

  • Keen focus on detail, especially in refining job descriptions, communicating with candidates, and coordinating schedules.

  • Strong networking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and effective presentation and negotiation capabilities.

  • A committed, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.

  • At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.

  • Experience in the gaming industry and passion for gaming would be a significant advantage for this role.

What is important for us in a person?

Will be a plus:

— Familiarity with CS:GO, Rust and Dota2 (and if you play one of them you are already one step closer to the team);

— Work experience in developing the employer brand locally through advertising, participation in local hiring events, etc. (for future activities).

— Familiarity with the People Force HR Management System.
