- 3+ years of experience working as a Product Owner or Busines Analyst
- Strong technical background
- Experience in eliciting, splitting, documenting, and refining technical requirements
- Great communication skills in working with clients and teams
- Solid portfolio of commercial agile projects
- Experience in working on large projects
- Fluency in mathematical calculations
- BSc or MSc degree, preferably in physics, construction, civil engineering or related field
- Fluency in English (min. B2 level)
