Job Description An employer is looking for a Data Engineering Architect to sit remotely. As a part of the data engineering team, you will primarily be working closely with engineering and QA teams in an Agile fashion to understand the technical architecture, data services and platforms. You will gather technical requests and translate them into technical user stories for engineers/ data personnel. You will guide the team from a technical architecture landscape perspective and lead discussions around architectural changes, new features and act as the technical representation for the overall team. Additional tasks will include refining user stories, technical documentation, develop use cases, determine acceptance criteria for automation and work with technical teams to document data flow diagrams/ system integration workflows.
