The Opportunity Description We’re looking for a Remote Help Desk Technician Level 1 , working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Naperville, Illinois, United States . Provide tech support services, usually from a distance via phone or an online chat tool. Identify the problem and perform fixes or suggest recommended actions by asking the customer targeted questions and using remote troubleshooting tools.
