An employer is seeking a MuleSoft Developer to join their team remotely. This company began building out their architecture practice in 2019, and they are continuing to work on the maturation of the practice with a focus on digital modernization. The vision is to develop services as a one stop solution for all departments and agencies supported, and integrate MuleSoft, ForgeRock, and Salesforce into this solution. The MuleSoft Developer will work with the development team and software vendor to provide development support, including support around integrations, 2nd level escalations, and managing the 450+ identity stores. This project spans across 44 mid-size to large agencies, over 80 different initiatives, 5 different ForgeRock environments, and within an Azure platform. The MuleSoft Developer will be hands on developing services including the identity proofing solution API connecting to ForgeRock, and overall building a common set of services for all applications within the portfolio. The plan is to migrate towards Kubernetes, and establish increased functionality for content based services, identity services, and more. The MuleSoft Developer will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business needs, gather requirements, design, implement, support, and monitor integrations. They will manage the intake of new requests to support company initiatives and provide oversight of the platform’s use by vendors that are engaged in projects at various stages.

Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience within IT, 5+ years of experience as a MuleSoft Developer (Preferably MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform)
Expertise with MuleSoft support and integration including escalations using REST with JSON or SOAP with XML
Experience securing APIs using OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect, or other related tools
Experience writing queries and stored procedures for SQL Server
Experience with Source Control systems such as BitBucket, Azure DevOps, or Git
