Remote Technical Assistant – REMOTE OPPORTUNITY – pay $20 to $30 p/h
ABCO Facility Maintenance Inc. is a 24/7 commercia/ facility maintenance company that has been providing quality service to the tri-state (NY/NJ/PA) area for over 40 years.
We are actively recruiting a paid college intern to provide varying levels of support to our employee population.

Job Description
+ This is an evolving position. Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
+ Analytics Setup and Management: Assist in setting up and analyzing data to provide actionable insights.
+ Keystroke Logger Management: Help in the installation, monitoring, and analysis of keystroke logging tools.
+ GPS Management: Support in setting up and monitoring GPS tracking systems.
+ Password Management: Ensure secure password protocols are in place and manage password databases.
+ Sampro Tech ID: Assist in the setup, management, and troubleshooting of Sampro Tech IDs.
+ Payroll Management in Sampro: Oversee and ensure accurate payroll amounts within the Sampro system.
+ Computer/Phone Maintenance: Provide remote support for routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computers and phones.
+ Attendance Monitoring: Assist in tracking and managing employee attendance.
+ Lunch Break Management: Monitor and manage lunch break timings to ensure compliance.
+ Overtime Approval: Assist in tracking and approving overtime requests.
+ Sampro Access Management: Ensure employees have proper access rights in the Sampro system.
+ Dial Pad Setup and Management: Assist in the setup and management of dial pads.
Position Requirements
+ Strong technical acumen and ability to learn new software quickly.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
+ A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater
+ Majoring in one of the following IT disciplines: computer science, computer information systems, data mining, data science, information technology, cyber security, or other IT related majors
