Job Description A telecom client of Insight Global is looking for a Remote Web & Digital Experience Developer. This person will deliver digital experiences by developing and maintaining web applications, including custom WordPress theme and plugin development, back-end PHP integration, and integration of Salesforce Digital Experiences for enhanced user engagement and business growth. Responsibilities will include:
- Writing tests and maintaining code
- Promoting code quality, readability, and maintainability throughout the software lifecycle
- Conducts front-end and back-end integration.
- Perform custom WordPress plugin development
- Integrates back-end services with PHP for server-side scripting and MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
- Implements UI/UX principles using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create user interfaces
- Utilizes APIs for integration with third-party services
- Implements Salesforce Digital Experience integration
- Assists with documentation of software requirements
This is a remote role with limited travel to Nebraska required. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential for extension or full-time conversion. - 3+ years of Web Development experience
- PHP integration experience
- WordPress theme and plugin development experience
- Familiar with Salesforce development processes, experience with Salesforce Digital Experience portal
- Telecom industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills * AWS experience null
