Our client, a leading Insurance company, is currently seeking a skilled Risk Manager to join their Risk department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the company’s Enterprise Risk Management processes.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement risk management strategies and procedures
* Identify potential risks and evaluate their impact on company operations
* Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with risk management best practices
* Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations for risk mitigation
Key Skills:
* Strong background in Enterprise Risk Management
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Experience in the Insurance industry is preferred
* Relevant certifications in risk management or related field are a plus
