Sales Administrator at Hotman Group, LLC #vacancy #remote

Hotman Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our team remotely. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or function and starts as contract-to-hire. Top-tier workers will be converted to permanent within 6 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our Customer and Partner Operations Manager. Join initial calls, schedule follow-ups, and grow into completing follow-ups on your own.
  • Manage email and social media outreach activities.
  • Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team as necessary.
  • Conduct industry research to identify potential lead sources.
  • Research and recommend sales and channel partner events.
  • Manage inbound lead and bookings calendar.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professionalism in customer interactions and internal communication.
  • Professional Judgment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to efficiency while continuously exploring innovative approaches to tasks and processes.
  • Familiarity with Social Media Platforms.
  • Proficiency with various digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, coupled with the ability to follow instructions to achieve team objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional support internally and externally.
  • Previous experience with CRM tools strongly preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity/GRC is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Willingness to take initiative and go beyond job description duties to support team goals.
  • Positive attitude with a growth mindset, willing to embrace challenges and opportunities for personal and professional development. This role will work closely with a seasoned customer-focused leader. 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, systems and programs.
  • Must be located in the USA and have permanent authorization to work for any employer.
  • Clear background check.
  • Strong Internet connection and a secure working area.
