- Proven extensive experience in roles such as SAP IS-U Consultant, SAP IS-U Developer, or other relevant positions
- Experience with at least one module of SAP IS-U: DM, EDM, WM, IDE, BI, FI-CA, or CS
- Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience in the respective SAP module/product/area, focusing on analysis, design, and implementation
- For senior roles, at least 5 years of experience in SAP IS-U implementation/customization/support Experience in a consulting role for the respective module on at least 3 projects (SAP S/4HANA experience advantageous)
- Experience in implementing the Customer Engagement module – advantageous
- Experience in implementing Convergent Billing functionality, Profitability Analysis, Customer Service – advantage
- Experience in integrating Smart Metering – advantage
- Ability to design, maintain, and develop tailored complex solutions
- Self-learning ability and independence in seeking information
- Proactivity, thoroughness, analytical thinking, diligence
- Active knowledge of English, German language is an advantage
