Our centralized payroll team is seeking an experienced individual for a Payroll Specialist role. You will be responsible for overseeing a full-cycle payroll. This position reports to the Payroll Manager and works closely with the payroll team, HRIS systems and P&C teams to ensure a seamless team member experience.
Here’s how:
- This position will provide primary support for the SAP Success Factors Payroll module.
- Supports SAP ECP Module configuration, testing and support for all fixes and enhancements to these areas, testing and support for the annual SAP support pack implementations, daily helpdesk and ITRC activities, and communications with clients and outside suppliers relevant to
the SAP areas supported. - This includes all aspects of the payroll processing function including support of the HR Payroll Department during the monthly payroll processing cycles , research and configuration for federal, state and local payroll taxes, configuration of payroll deductions (for benefits, union related items, court mandated items, etc.), year-end processing, ADP Tax filings, and touch points with other SAP modules that impact payroll (Time, Travel Management, Accounts Payable, Finance, and others).
- Understands business systems and industry requirements
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex systems problems and is responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
What you bring to this role
- 3+ years experience in a payroll processing role
- Global Payroll Experience- UK, Canada, South Africa, Australia, Mexico, Brazil
- Multi-State payroll tax experience- Auditing monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings
- Year End processing and auditing
- ADP SmartCompliance experience
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Preferred Skills: – Experience with Replicon Time Evaluation functionality preferred SAP Success Factors Functional Knowledge (strongly preferred):
- General knowledge of functionality, tools and methods used within the HR Payroll Module
- General knowledge of core functionality within the SAP Success Factors ECP
- Working knowledge of customer business processes in the payroll area
- Awareness of consistent user experience with other SAP transactions
- Experience with SAP tools (e.g. LSMW, workflow, portal)
- Technical Knowledge (strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of configuration for the SAP Success Factors Payroll Module and its integration points with all other SAP modules
- General awareness of process and application integration options
- Advanced adherence to formal testing techniques/methodology, consistently delivering work product/deliverables
- Adherence to formal Change Management Policies

The US base salary range for this position is: $70k – $90k USD. This position may be eligible for a 7.5% performance- based BONUS. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
