We are a leading Food & Beverage company dedicated to providing high-quality culinary products to our customers. With a focus on innovation and talent management, we are seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors Developer to join our team and optimize our human capital management processes using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and extend SAP SuccessFactors solutions using tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Extension Studio, SAP Cloud Applications Studio, and SAP SuccessFactors Metadata Framework (MDF).
Develop and maintain custom integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
Design and implement custom workflows, rules, and forms within SAP SuccessFactors modules.
Create and maintain SAP SuccessFactors reports and analytics using tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP BusinessObjects.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing for SAP SuccessFactors customizations.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors custom developments. Main requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Developer or in a similar role.
Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules, customization tools, and programming languages.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with SAP Cloud Platform, SAP HANA Cloud Platform, or other cloud-based development platforms.
Knowledge of programming languages such as ABAP, JavaScript, Java, or others for SAP SuccessFactors customization.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
