An SAP System Support Analyst is a self-directed individual with strong analytical and leadership skills. In this role, you will provide application and business process support within an Agile/Scrum Team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for SAP ECC 6 and S/4HANA business process modules, including FICO, General Ledger, SL, IVAL, Forex, DART, and Lease Accounting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to address problem tickets and service requests from users globally.
- Offer consultation and design services to enhance financial reporting processes within these systems.
- May also participate in projects as part of the Corporate IT Financial Support Team to implement system enhancements.
Required Technical Skills:
- 3–5 years of SAP experience (as outlined in the job responsibilities) or 3–5 years as a Business Analyst with SAP exposure.
- Financial or IT degree (exceptions can be made for highly experienced candidates).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
