Job Description
Join our client, a TOP-5 global software quality assurance company , as an SDR Manager (Remote in the US) . Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will play a crucial role in the company by generating new business opportunities and training the SDR team to achieve sales targets. This role is ideal for an experienced outbound sales professional and player-coach who is comfortable training 2-4 remote SDRs and carrying both team and personal quotas.

- Product or service: Load & Performance testing solutions for mid-sized and large enterprises ($5M-$10B Annual revenue)
- Buyer persona/ICP: CPO, Product Manager, Software Release/Deployment Manager
- Average deal size: $30K ARR
- Average sales cycle: 3 months
Responsibilities:
- Quota/KPI: in 3 months – close 1+ deal; in 6 months – generate $60K+ MRR
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Train, coach, and mentor the SDR team to ensure they meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
- Analyze sales metrics and activities to make data-driven decisions
- Utilize CRM and other sales tools to track sales performance and manage pipeline (HubSpot, ZoomInfo)
- Perform sales planning, forecasting and submit regular sales reports
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1,5+ years of SDR Manager experience and 4y+ in tech sales
- Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience training, coaching and mentoring SDR teams
- Excellent proficiency in cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach and automation
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Ownership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
- Analytical and results-driven mindset
- Supportive, willing to collaborate and help other team members
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5y+ of tech sales experience in Load & Performance Testing, Software Testing, QA Testing or Software Development
- Strong background is selling to the ICP/Buyer persona
- Closing experience is an advantage
- Book of business is a plus
Benefits
- Employment type: contract-to-hire
- Base compensation: $65,000-80,000 (negotiable depending on the experience, skills and location)
- OTE (on-target earnings) per year: $98,800 – $142,800 per year
- Uncapped commission, paid monthly

Interviewing process:
