What You’ll Do Location: Remotely from United States OR Onsite at our Seattle, Washington office 25% of the time. Reports to: Senior Director of Trust and Security Direct Reports: 0 Partner with the sales teams to provide customers security assurance, including completing RFPs and responding to security questions Coordinate and participate in security assessments and remediation activities Partner with engineering and product teams to ensure security commitments are appropriately implemented Develop, manage, and execute security compliance tools to ensure program effectiveness and compliance with developed standards and requirements Create internal and customer facing documentation, policies, and white papers. Provide expert advice, guidance, and thought leadership to internal and external stakeholders. The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 96,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 185,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
