Role Overview: As a Senior Associate, Data Analyst in the Data Analytics & AI practice you will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse clientele, assisting them in leveraging data to make informed strategic decisions. You will play a vital role in conducting in-depth analyses, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations that leverage data and drive value for our clients to support their mission. Responsibilities: Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand strategic objectives Develop strategies for collecting, transforming, cleaning, and modeling data with the goal of identifying meaningful trends and supporting decision-making Conduct competitive analyses, market research, and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and inform recommendations to clients Drive large-scale business and process decisions through data insights Support the implementation of strategic initiatives by tracking progress, measuring performance against objectives, and recommending adjustments as needed Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and consulting to enhance service offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients Qualifications: BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Analytics, MIS or another analytical area 3+ years of experience with data analysis, data science, or data analytics in a consulting or similar environment Experience with analytics and data visualization to recognize complex data to support decision-making Experience with using data methodologies to generate cross-functional solutions through collection, interpretation, evaluation, and analysis of large data sets Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and insights to non-technical audiences.
