What kind of professional are we looking for?

3+ years of experience in designing relational databases (preferably using Rust)

Proven track record in developing database and server architectures from scratch

Strong teamwork skills and adherence to coding standards

Proficiency in English (at least written)

Strong aptitude for learning and adapting
Will be a plus:

Experience in the game development industry

Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Basic understanding of DevOps principles and practices
