Your responsibilities, Active participation in all phases of automation projects (from identifying processes for automation, through designing and developing solutions, preparing documentation, to their testing, implementation, and maintenance)., Expanding your skills by learning new technologies (we use various tools beyond RPA, including API, VBA, SQL, Python, .net, IDP, chatbots, etc.), Daily application of our best development practices and shaping them together with the rest of the team., Supporting our clients in technical and process matters., Assisting less experienced team members., For those interested, over time, other career paths are also possible – leading trainings, preparing infrastructure, programming, analytics, etc.
Experience in development with BluePrism, enabling the creation of independent, fully testable components, and implementing bot architecture based on the Process Template (knowledge and experience in UiPath will be an additional advantage)., Good technical skills and eagerness to learn new solutions., Logical and precise thinking skills., Knowledge of Decipher would be an asset, Thoroughness and attention to detail., Good collaboration with the rest of the team and our clients’ employees., Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2)., Responsibility and commitment to tasks at hand.

These individuals will become part of our team and will deliver automation solutions for our current and new company clients., , As an organization with several years of experience in the RPA industry, we possess the knowledge, skills, and time to pass on our development practices and teach you our way of working. We expect people in this position to quickly adapt and deliver high-quality solutions. We prepare our bots collaboratively (each bot is written by a group of 2-5 people, depending on size and complexity), which will help you quickly integrate into our mode and philosophy of operation. This means that part of your duties – besides development – will be participating in process analysis, estimating the labor intensity of their automation, preparing documentation, testing, and maintaining bots already put into production.
