We are seeking an exceptional candidate with a minimum 5 years experience in the realm of Data Platforms/Data Warehouses . The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working with various database systems, including SQL Server, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, Databricks .
An extensive knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts is essential, as well as staying up-to-date of emerging trends such as Data Lakehouse is considered a major advantage.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in Data Platform/Data Warehouse projects
- Experience related to:
- Database administration (Azure SQL) optimization, taking care of performance, problem solving, knowledge of security.
- Database development (preferably SQL and Azure SQL) – building and designing database solutions (queries, stored procedures)
- Data platforms development (Azure Data Lake, Databricks) including medallion architecture based on Lakehouse concept
- ETL development using ADF or Databricks
- Fluent English
