For which tasks (responsibilities)?

Fully support game project design;

Set up the game economy, configure the game balance as well as the balance of levels;

Work with in-game analytics tools;
-
Develop core and meta gameplay, new features, and events for LiveOps;

Create and keep the documentation up to date;
-
Monitor competitors’ applications, search for potentially useful features in games of different genres and integrate them into the project;
-
Control the development of features;
-
Collaborate with a team of developers and testers to achieve the best results.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
-
2+ years of experience working in a free-to-play project on a commercial basis;
-
Experience with hybrid monetization;
-
Ability to articulate and communicate ideas, both verbally and in writing;
-
Ability to analyze the market and apply the best solutions;
-
Understanding of technical development processes;
-
Experience with Unity and Github.
Will be a plus:
-
Understanding of trends in the mobile app market in the genre of regular and casual puzzles;
-
Experience operating a globally released game;
-
Experience in creating design documentation from scratch;
-
Experience working as a feature owner;
-
Experience working with A/B tests;
-
Experience working with changing priorities and quickly adapting to new development requirements;
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
