- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Game Designer, including monetization design and data analytics;
- Excellent understanding of video game industry, mobile game market, monetization strategies and solutions over it;
- Experience in design physics-based games, multiplayer features, game modes design;
- Ability to plan and drive actionable insights due to launched strategy, product needs, and user feedback;
- Ability to quickly grasp product features and analytic reports, translating those into specific deliverables like use cases and marketing materials;
- Experience in financial model building with specific focus on gaming product development;
- Excellent understanding of acquisition, retention, and monetization concepts;
- Extensive experience in writing clear and structured GDDs, specifications;
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
We are looking for a highly creative and passionate Senior Game Designer, who clearly knows that making something “simple” requires quite some expertise and hard work. With us you will be like God, creating new 2D or 3D worlds and observing their development from a concept’s scratch till massive players colonization. You will start from the very first ideas, converting them into game concepts and polishing till the design is ready. Then, along with a game passioned Development and Art teams, you will work on feature implementation according to your GDDs details.
