Develop Merge-2 features and mechanics from planning to implementation (hypothesis formulation, idea description, competitor analysis, mechanics setup, analysis, and further improvement).

Enhance and improve the core Merge-2 mechanics (visuals, gameplay, UX, etc.).

Integrate Merge-2 mechanics into other parts of the project.

Review the work of the Merge-2 mini-team game designers.

Write clear and understandable documentation for all project participants.

Collaborate with developers, artists, and designers (task formulation and setting, technical specifications, task acceptance).

Plan and analyze project metrics.

Input and configure game data.
What kind of professional are we looking for?

At least 3 years of experience as a Senior Game Designer.

Experience in leading features as a feature owner at all stages (planning, implementation, analysis, and improvement).

Experience in releasing and operating casual F2P projects.

Good knowledge of the F2P game market and understanding of current gaming trends.

Ability to clearly communicate ideas to all team members.

Ability to receive and act on feedback.
