Main responsibilities:
Provide top-notch technical support to internal and external clients. Troubleshoot and pinpoint root causes of incidents, collaborating with various technical teams. Deliver expert resolutions for network issues (WAN, LAN, WLAN, SDWAN). Document every step of your investigations and solutions meticulously. Represent our network support on high-stakes troubleshooting calls. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest communications technology, especially Cisco. Offer training and consultancy as needed.
Required skills:
Minimum CCNP R&S level expertise. 2-3 years of experience in the tele/data communications field. Deep understanding of WAN/LAN/WLAN/SDWAN technologies within a Cisco environment. Proficiency in technologies and protocols like TCP/IP, TACACS, AAA, SNMP, and more.
Advantages:
Knowledge of Juniper or other vendors is a plus. Strong 2nd line support experience is advantageous.
