SPA’s Sea Land Air (SLA) Division supports a diverse portfolio of national security government clients, including the Undersea Enterprise, the Navy Surface Community, the Navy MPTE Enterprise, the Air Force, Army, DoD Agencies, DARPA, international clients including the Canadian Navy and Australian Defence Force. Our primary objective is to provide timely, objective and analytic assessments that integrate the policy, operational, technical, programmatic and acquisition aspects of our clients’ challenges. Leveraging both in-domain and cross-domain expertise to maximize our clients’ success, SLA Division acts as trusted agents to senior decision-makers and key leaders and excels at providing data driven analytic insights, systems engineering, strategies and plans that address current and emerging challenges to national security. The Integrated Warfare Systems Group (IWSG) focus is to provide engineering, technical and programmatic support to the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems, Above Water Sensors and Lasers (PEO IWS 2.0) Directorate. Efforts include overarching program management, test and evaluation, systems engineering, operations analysis, systems integration, international, cyber security, IT network and programmatic support for over 25 PEO IWS 2.0 advanced radar, phased array radar, electronic warfare, electro-optic, advanced off-board electronic warfare/decoy and directed energy programs. #MC Responsibilities SPA has an immediate need for a dedicated mid or senior-level Product Support Analyst to directly support a Product Support Principal Assistant Program Manager in PEO IWS. Remote work is available. Responsibilities include assisting the client with Product Support planning, execution, and analysis for training related to Navy systems. Support will include the development and execution of Product Support and acquisition management and strategies programs. You will independently develop and update Navy Manpower Estimate Reports (MER) and Navy Training System Plans (NTSP) across multiple Navy programs. You will be expected to provide Manpower, Personnel, and Training (MPT) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) knowledge and assist with various Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) / Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) efforts and coordinate future combat system displays projects. Conduct Training Needs Analyses to define tasks and competencies to be trained and manage the Job, Duty, Task Analysis (JDTA) activities to develop a comprehensive list of activities and competencies required to support missions and operate/maintain weapon systems and equipment in accordance with NAVEDTRA 137 series guidance. Document JDTA results in the Curriculum Planning Module (CPM) to provide a foundation for curriculum development at Surface Combat System Training Center (SCSTC) and coordinate with the SCSTC to establish Training Planning Teams and manage the development, validation and verification, and deployment of training systems and curriculum. Determine the best application of Surface Training Advanced Virtual Environment (STAVE) concepts to develop a blended training solution including classroom, lab and hands-on use of technical training equipment and part task trainers, and virtualized training including simulation, and virtual reality applications. Develop and update Navy Manpower Estimate Reports (MER) in accordance with OPNAVINST 1000.16L and training plans and documents in accordance with OPNAVINST 1500.76D to include the Navy Training System Plan (NTSP) and Training System Transfer documents. Develop statement of work (SOW) technical requirements and contract data requirements lists (CDRL) defining the scope of training, desired outcomes, and required products to be delivered to the Navy. Manage technical in-process reviews of training system development activities, factory training delivery, and delivery of training curriculum content and training aids and assisting Product Support Managers prepare for Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), Gate Reviews, and other program assessments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher 5+ years demonstrated Navy training experience, including development of MERs, NTSPs and other MPT documentation is a requirement for this position Ability to travel to Washington DC multiple times per year if remote Ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance Desired Qualifications Experience developing training requirements documents for Navy programs Experience supporting Navy Program Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
